Mr Ian McLachlan AO Non-Executive Director

Appointed to the Board in September 2005, term in office- 1 year. Presently he is Chairman of the Audit Committee as well as being a member of the Health, Safety and Environment Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

He is currently the President of the South Australian Cricket Association, Chairman of Australian Wool Innovation and a Board member of Cricket Australia. A graduate of Cambridge University, he was a member of the House of Representatives from 1990 to 1998. He has been Chairman of the Australian Wool Industry Future Directions Task Force and National Farmers Federation Industrial Committee, President of the National Farmers Federation and the Wool Council of Australia, a Deputy Chairman of the South Australian Brewing Company, Director of Elders IXL and a member of the Australian Meat and Livestock Corporation.
