Sir Tipene O'Regan Non-Executive Director

Appointed to the Board in September 2004, term in office - 2 years, presently he is Chairman of the Health, Safety and Environment Committee and Remuneration Committee as well as being a member of the Audit Committee.

He is a director of a number of companies in the tourism, agriculture and natural resource sectors. He was the founding chairman of the Sealord Group of Companies, has been a member of the NZ Fishing Industry Board and a director of the NZ Seafood Industry Council. He was previously a Board member of the NZ Broadcasting Corporation and a director of Television NZ Ltd.
